The culture is very unique. I haven't worked for a company like this in my 30+ year career where people honestly care for one another. I had a life changing illness a couple of years ago and everyone rallied around making sure that I took care of myself first and made sure that I didn't worry about my job. The company has great health and disability benefits so I wasn't saddled with medical debt or loss of wages while I was out for 3 months on disability. My current manager is regularly checking in with me to make sure that my workload is manageable and I'm taking an appropriate amount of time off where I am expected to completely unplug. He also leads by example on this.
